Banquet Rooms

*Wild Mountain Banquet Rooms are a unique destination for your special day.* At Wild Mountain we have three separate rooms to choose from. The cost for each room includes: security, a 15' x 18' dance floor, setup and cleanup. Wild Mountain has no bar minimum. The only deposit needed is the total cost of room rental plus a $400 damage deposit.






EAGLE'S NEST The Eagle's Nest has a capacity of 350 people. Wedding Reception — $500 Other – $400	BEAR'S DEN The Bear's Den has a capacity of 200 people. Wedding Reception — $400 Other – $150 No air conditioning	ROBERT C. ROOM The Robert C. Room has a capacity of 100 people. Wedding Reception — N/A Other – $100 No air conditioning
SPECIAL Monday - Thursday with a minimum of 100 people we will waive the room rental fee as long as you use our catering services. When decorating no tape, push pins or tacks may be used. Rice and confetti are not allowed, but bird seed can be used outside the chalet. Table decorations may include candles. If you choose to have your wedding ceremony and reception at Wild Mountain, there will be an additional ceremony charge of $500. The room rental is for up to eight (8) hours of occupancy on the scheduled date, with all events ending by midnight (12:00am).
