Do I need to make reservations for the daily excursions?

No. Reservations are not necessary for the daily excursions.
 
Do the boats ever fill up? Will I be turned away?
The boats rarely fill up, but in the occasion they do, a second boat will be taken out if available.
 

Is there food or beverages on board?
Yes we do have a snack bar on board that serves chips, candy, soda and beer. You are also welcome to bring aboard your own picnic lunch, with beverage on any of the Daily Excursions. No carry-on alcoholic beverages are allowed on the boats.

 

Do you allow dogs on the boat?

Yes we do, but they will need to be kept on a leash the whole time.
 

Is the boat handicapped accessible?

No, the boat is not handicapped accessible. The lower level of the boat is accessible in a limited capacity to some wheelchairs, but it can be difficult to get on and off the boat depending on the water level.  The restrooms are not handicaped accessible. There is no elevator to the 2nd level of the boat.  If you have questions please call our staff and we would be happy to answer your questions based on the water levels and the type of handicap accesibility that you are looking for.  651-465-6315
 

Are there toilets available on the boat?

Yes.
 

Is there a minimum # to rent the boat out as a private charter?

No. The cost is the same whether you have 1 person or 249.
 
Which cruises provide lunch?
Our daily excursions do not provide lunch. But you are welcome to bring a sack lunch on board if you would like.
For groups of 10 or more you can add a box luncheon. Reservations are required.
For a minimum of 40 people an On Board Luncheon is available. Reservations are required.
 
Will my boat tickets be mailed to me?
No, we do not mail the boat tickets. We will have your party’s name on our guest list for dinner, picnic, and leaf cruises as well as the daily excursions.
 
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my paid cruise?
For the daily excursion: Your reservation is nonrefundable, you may reschedule to another day with a 24-hour notice.
For Dinner/Leaf Cruise – Picnic, Mother’s Day Brunches: NO REFUND with less than a 7-day notice. There will be a $15.00 service charge for all cancellations. You can reschedule with no penalty with a minimum of a 3-day notice.
