CANCELLATION POLICY: YOUR BOAT RESERVATION IS NON REFUNDABLE. YOU MAY RESCHEDULE TO ANOTHER DAY WITH A 24 HOUR NOTICE.
If the water is low, causing us to run a 45 minute trip rather than an 80 minute trip, there will be no cash refund. You will have 3 options to choose from.
a. Reschedule to another day when the water is higher
b. Receive a complimentary large soda and a regular popcorn when you pick up your daily ticket
c. Receive a gift card for the price difference.

Your party name will be on our manifest and you will pick up your tickets at the Taylor's Falls Boat Stand. Groups of 20 or more should call 651-465-6315 for reservations.
