A season pass is an economical way for you to make the most of each season.  Now there is an inexpensive solution to cover unforeseen circumstances that may cut your season short. Season Pass Insurance allows you to recover the pro-rated cost of your pass, if a covered circumstance such as sickness, injury, pregnancy or change of residency prevents you from enjoying the season in its entirety.

There will be no refunds or credits for season passes under any circumstance unless you have purchased Season Pass Insurance with your season pass.

Season Pass Insurance will not cover lost or forgetten season passes and cannot be added after your pass is purchased.

Season Pass Insurance covers:

• Injury or illness of a covered pass holder that prevents participation in skiing or snowboarding. A medical statement may be required.

• Pregnancy, a medical statement may be required.

• Transfer by the pass holder’s current employer necessitating a change of residence outside a reasonably accessible radius of the area. Employer verification may be required.

Exemptions of protection:

• Injury caused or contributed by intentional self-injury.

• Injury or illness that does not prevent participation in skiing or snowboarding.

Note: Season Pass insurance will be null and void if you participate in fraudulent activity.
