APEX ALPINE RACING

Start the new season with an exciting challenge! Discover and develop the skills you need to improve at every level of ski racing. Apex Holiday Race Camps provide D-Team, high school and USSA athletes an opportunity to work with the Apex Alpine Racing staff at Wild Mountain during the Thanksgiving and Christmas break. The staff of dedicated coaches will help each athlete find a path to meet their goals.

It is proven that athletic success is a product of consistent training, hard work, proper technique, repetition and good coaching. The Apex Holiday Race Camps, using current USSA teaching principles based on building fundamental skills and movements, including balance, stance, body position, carving and transitions, will improve each athlete’s technique and confidence level. Athletes will be placed in age and skill appropriate groups and should be at least an intermediate level skier.

Top coaching, personal attention, a mix of free skiing, directed free skiing and drills, the camaraderie of the small groups all add up to a fun and adventure filled learning experience. Start your season on a path that leads to improvement and success.
